CROSSCAMP

The class with a focus on strength training! Technique and performance are worked on during each class. The training sessions are designed in such a way that everyone can train optimally at his/her level.

Following the Crosscamp program, you can expect to make progress every month. During each session, the trainer will delve into the focus of the workout. HIGH IMPACT
