  • Eating Healthy

    Reaching your desired fitness level can not be achieved by only working out, your diet is another major factor which influences this. We offer Nutrition Coaching which includes access to a Food Tracker app and a 30 minute nutrition consultation every month. Through small changes we ensure a large and lasting impact! 


  • Exercise Routine

    Do you need assistance in making your own training schedule? As part of our membership, we offer a sit down with a trainer to analyse your goals and make a fitting training schedule customised to your needs. Every 8 weeks you can then plan in another session to discuss your results and update your training schedule. 

  • Improving Condition

    We offer a lesson called High Impact which focuses on improving your condition and reducing your fat percentage. With a membership, you can join as many High Impact classes as you please! We offer them both in the morning and evenings, so have your pick. 


  • Getting Energized

    If you need some extra motivation and energy, then try our personal training sessions! One of our experienced trainers will guide you through your exercises for an entire hour, motivating and energising you along the way! We guarantee you’ll have muscles soreness the next morning! This is the most effective form of guidance to achieve results.  

  • Better Posture

    We spend a lot of time sitting behind a screen, which can have negative impacts on your posture. Try out our Crosscamp lesson which focuses on building muscle. The trainer will give you advice on how to properly execute the exercises which in turn can help improve overall posture within trainings as well as daily life! 

  • Finding Purpose

    Are you looking for a bit more purpose within your trainings? Try one of our 12 Week Programs which provide a pre-made training schedule as well as nutrition advice and body measurements. A combined 1000kg of fat has been lost and 750kg of muscle has been gained through all 12 Weeks Programs completed thus far. 


  • Joining a Community

    Are you looking for that personal aspect in a gym? The feeling of beloning to a community? Then search no further! We at Gympact have placed a lot of focus on building a community around our gym. We have monthly challenges which leads to some friendly competition between members! We also organise fun activities, special workouts, and events.


  • Personal Assistance

    Need some extra help and guidance throughout your workouts? Then try out our personal training sessions! A trainer will assign a workout specific to you, watch your technique, motivate you, and push you to your limits for a full hour for the maximum results!  


  • Technique

    Want to improve your overall technique? Try out our boxing classes! The class focuses on boxing and kicking techniques as well as improving overall fitness. This class will additionally improve your flexibility, balance, coordination, and reflexes!
