Personal data is data which is traceable to a real person. Gympact can identify (directly or indirectly) its members with the help of this data.

In the context of Gympact's services, by registering for a membership, your personal data (e.g. your NAW-details, e-mail address, date of birth, and telephone number) will be collected and processed. Additional information regarding your membership (e.g. number of visits, preferences, payment details, etc.) will also be collected and processed.  

Why does Gympact collect this information?

Your personal data will be used for the registration and implementation of your membership. Besides that, Gympact can use this data to send you a post, through email or other form, to inform you about products, services, or special offers from Gympact which may interest you. Gympact can also approach you for marketing purposes after your membership has ended, unless you have indicated that you do not want to receive marketing related messages from Gympact. 

Transferring your data

If Gympact is (partly or fully) sold or merged with another company, the personal data which is related to you may be part of such a transaction and can therefore be one of the acquired business assets.
