Melike Sayman, afgestudeerd aan de European School of Physiotherapy Amsterdam in 2018, is een toegewijde professional met een veelzijdige achtergrond. Met een carrière die teruggaat tot 2008, blinkt zij uit als personal trainer en sportfysiotherapeut. Haar pad reikt tot aan de School of Real Madrid, waar ze een MSc behaalde in "Training and Sports Nutrition," aangevuld met een diploma in "Physiotherapy and rehabilitation for football injuries."

🗣 “My name is Melike Sayman. I graduated from European School of Physiotherapy Amsterdam in 2018. I have also been working as a personal trainer since 2008. I have an MSc in “Training and Sports Nutrition” from the School of Real Madrid and a diploma in “Physiotherapy and rehabilitation for football injuries.”

I played competitive badminton for 11 years. Due to a knee injury, I had to stop playing competitively and start with a rehabilitation program. This is the reason why I became a (sport) physiotherapist. In 2013, I started with Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting, and I became third in my weight category in Madrid.

I believe that our body is amazing, and it can do a lot more than we think if we exercise in a right way. I am not only a physiotherapist but also a coach who wants to teach you how to deal with pain even after we have finished our sessions together. This is my goal as a physiotherapist.”

Plan een Afspraak

Elk Gympact-lid heeft de mogelijkheid om een gratis afspraak met Melike in te plannen, waar je je blessure kunt bespreken. Dit is een gesprek van 15 minuten over je blessures/problemen. Het is geen intake, geen behandeling; je zult praten over je blessure/probleem en zij zal je advies geven om van je blessure af te komen.

Het doel van deze afspraak is om onnodige kosten voor fysiotherapie te vermijden. Als jullie beiden vinden dat je echt behandeling nodig hebt, kunnen we dan een officiële afspraak maken om je zo snel mogelijk terug te helpen in de sport.

Beschikbare tijden:

- Vrijdagen 11:00-11:30 (2 plaatsen)
